Refund policy

At PWAN Max, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we uphold a strict refund policy aligned with industry standards and regulatory guidance.
- General Non-Refund Policy
All payments made to PWAN Max for property purchases or services are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the agreement.
- Refund Conditions
Refunds may be considered only under the following:
- The purchased property is unavailable or already allocated.
- Duplicate payments or errors from our side.
- Legal disputes where client rights are affected.
- Refund Process
Eligible clients must submit a written request within 30 days of the transaction. Refunds take up to 90 business days to process upon approval.
- Deductions
Administrative charges, documentation fees, and taxes may be deducted from any approved refund.
- Property Swap
Instead of a refund, customers may be offered another estate or service of equivalent value where applicable.
- Refund Denial
Refunds will not be granted:
- After 30 days of payment.
- If property allocation has been completed.
- If documentation has commenced.
