At PWAN Max, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we uphold a strict refund policy aligned with industry standards and regulatory guidance.<\/p>

  1. General Non-Refund Policy<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    All payments made to PWAN Max for property purchases or services are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the agreement.<\/p>

    1. Refund Conditions<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      Refunds may be considered only under the following:<\/p>

      • The purchased property is unavailable or already allocated.<\/li>
      • Duplicate payments or errors from our side.<\/li>
      • Legal disputes where client rights are affected.<\/li><\/ul>
        1. Refund Process<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          Eligible clients must submit a written request within 30 days of the transaction. Refunds take up to 90 business days to process upon approval.<\/p>

          1. Deductions<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            Administrative charges, documentation fees, and taxes may be deducted from any approved refund.<\/p>

            1. Property Swap<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

              Instead of a refund, customers may be offered another estate or service of equivalent value where applicable.<\/p>

              1. Refund Denial<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                Refunds will not be granted:<\/p>

                • After 30 days of payment.<\/li>
                • If property allocation has been completed.<\/li>
                • If documentation has commenced.<\/li><\/ul>
